Yet on the inside, you feel stuck or lost - disconnected from yourself.

It maybe shows up through struggles in some area of your life: your health, your relationships, your work, your happiness. You’ve been feeling stressed, stuck or lost for long enough.

My Approach

By now, you’ve probably exhausted your traditional approaches to solve your challenge: (over-) analyzing, discipline, performance.

Without success. 

The root of your struggle isn’t rational. Lack of clarity and feelings of disconnection are signs of a dysregulated nervous system, a system stuck in a stress loop. The causes can range from childhood conditioning, intense stress to trauma. To move out of this, your mind and body need to work together.

In our work, we therefore use an integrative approach working with your body, breath, nervous system, mind and heart. By combining leadership coaching, neuroscience and mindfulness disciplines, we develop a unique path for you to uncover the root of your struggles and find the clarity to move ahead. The result is not only increased understanding of yourself and personal tools and practices you can use every day. A regulated nervous system allows you to feel free, connected and trusting in yourself again.

Your Journey

I don’t believe in one size fits all coaching.

For each journey we create a unique combination of sessions with:

  • leadership coaching

  • breathwork

  • nervous system regulation

  • mindfulness techniques.

One coaching cycle consists of 5 sessions across 5-6 months – with an additional “kick off session” for first-timers. This work is about the difference you want to make, while living the life you truly want - so it takes commitment and the willingness to go deep. So, when you’re ready…
