Speaking and Panels

Leadership needs to be natural. It needs to reflect that we are nature.

As human beings, we are the only beings of nature, who treat themselves as if we weren’t nature.

Our leadership culture reflects this. We lead ourselves and others like machines. It’s then no surprise that 90% of disease is stress-related, that burnout is a global health problem and 76% of employees report at least one mental health problem. We know we need change, which is why we need perspectives on how it can be done differently.

What can we do to change this?

My Approach

I believe that we need successful companies that bring meaningful impact to this world. Yet this can no longer happen at the expense of our humanness and nature. Our well-being and happiness are not a trade-off with our impact - They are allies.

There is no modern-day study on leadership that tells us otherwise - and having worked with hundreds of clients across the globe, I know how we all crave a more human and authentic way to lead.
