The result: we feel stuck, not at home in our bodies, and don't trust ourselves. 

Meditation and breath practices  work directly with your nervous system to re.connect your body, mind and heart. They support you calm, ground and connect. Some of them can shift your state within seconds. You can uncover their power through our guided practices and programs.

My Approach

My approach combines:

  • nervous-system regulation for improved performance and stress management

  • ancient meditation and breath practices (Yoga Nidra, Pranayama)

  • transformative techniques (breathwork, embodiment)

I create my practices with the intention of being like mini-coaching sessions: regulating your nervous system, cultivating clarity, providing calmness, integrating change processes. So every practice provides a space for you to dive deeper with yourself, and regenerate your body and brain along the way.

All practices are nervous system and trauma-informed. You can practice them with or without experience - if you can sit still for 1 second or 2 hours. I offer them online, and in-person, live and on-demand.
