Join a journey into the science and practice of meditation - specifically designed for the challenges of leaders with deep missions and visions. Get to know different techniques, learn how to build a supportive personal practice, and understand the science behind how your body and mind collaborate. And most of all: experience the transformative power of connecting to your Self.
wHAT To expect
- a journey over several weeks/ months 
- diving into different practices and the science behind them 
- small group of ~10 participants 
- an offering tailored to the needs of the group (assessed before and along) 
Content might include
- nervous system regulation 
- breath practices 
- meditation techniques for different needs (improved sleep, restlessness, overthinking, creativity,…) 
- Yoga Nidra/ Non-Sleep Deep Rest 
- Tantric techniques
